Rayner Construction Services in Vancouver is seeking a Project Administrator/Coordinator to support the project team on commercial construction projects. The role requires 2+ years of related experience and strong MS Office proficiency, with Procore as a big asset.
Hours are 7:30–4:30, Monday to Friday, with about 10% travel. The successful candidate will manage admin tasks, safety paperwork, RFIs, and meet minutes with the Project Manager, contributing to on-time project delivery and quality
