Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution for meetings, celebrations, and multi-day programs
• Oversee timelines, room transitions, service pacing, and guest flow
• Guide Events service teams and Lead Servers during execution
• Partner with Culinary, Beverage, and Conference Services leaders
• Serve as primary operational contact for planners and clients

Requirements:

• Experience in events, banquets, or large-scale hospitality leadership
• Confidence leading teams in high-expectation environments
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ProServe certification required
• Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays
