  • Receives and verifies the entry of goods to ensure that they meet demands
  • Complete the documentation required by the administration
• Menu planning
  • Menu grid collaboration
  • Ensures that the food value matches the needs of the beneficiaries.
• Maintains hygiene standards
  • Control of required temperatures
  • Handling control and hygiene standards
• Maintains equipment to ensure proper operation
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
• Garbage management
• Washing of from pans and work tools
• Any other tasks that may be requested by management
