Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

Bring customer engagement and product storytelling to Indigo as a part-time Seasonal Customer Experience Representative on a fixed-term contract.

This seasonal Customer Service position supports authentic employee and customer experiences throughout the store. You will connect customers with products, curate collections, and help create welcoming experiences. The role includes merchandising, inventory, returns, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers on the sales floor
• Use products to tell compelling stories
• Curate product collections for individual customers
• Replenish stock and process merchandise
• Maintain welcoming, visually appealing store environments

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred, but not required
• Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
• Commitment to exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
• Flexible evening, weekend, holiday, overnight, and morning availability
