As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will develop mortgage opportunities within TD’s Personal and Commercial Banking business. The position suits a self-managed sales professional with customer service, networking, communication, and relationship management strengths. You will target referrals and build your customer base through a strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mortgage business through targeted referral initiatives
• Build relationships with realtors and builders
• Target financial planners and other centers of influence
• Maintain customer relationships throughout business development
• Use TD’s sales management system

Requirements:

• Proven sales track record
• Exceptional quality sales skills
• Independent, self-managed professional approach
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication preferred
