Campus Security Operations Supervisor

Lead campus security operations for Securiguard in Kelowna, using supervision and emergency response skills across multiple post-secondary sites.

This full-time Security Supervisor oversees campus security operations across Kelowna, Vernon, and Penticton. The position suits security professionals with supervisory experience, strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. You will lead by example while supporting consistent site procedures, training, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily campus security operations across multiple locations
• Conduct patrols and delegate access or service requests
• Act as Incident Commander during significant incidents
• Review reports for accuracy and SOP compliance
• Train, mentor, and coach security officers

Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia Security Worker License
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Intermediate OFA Level 2 certification and response experience
• At least two years supervising security or serving as Site Lead
• Full-time availability with schedule flexibility
