Construction Estimator Pre-Construction Coordinator

This position suits a construction professional with approximately 3-7 years of experience. You will prepare estimates, review project documentation, coordinate consultants, and support project delivery. The work connects early decisions with cost, constructability, schedule, approvals, procurement, and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed construction estimates
• Review drawings, specifications, reports, and consultant documentation
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and develop bid packages
• Participate in estimate reviews, tender closings, and proposals
• Support value engineering, cost planning, and constructability reviews

Requirements:

• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant construction industry experience
• Knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and procurement
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and valid driver’s licence
