As a Technical Specialist, Inside Sales, you translate customer requirements into tailored automation and reliability solutions. You support prospecting, customer development, proposals, quotations, presentations, and implementation. The position combines technical product knowledge, relationship building, and customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map customer requirements to feasible product capabilities
• Address technical inquiries with accurate information
• Create proposals, documentation, and quotations with sales teams
• Present solutions, benefits, implementation, and integration requirements
• Maintain leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM software

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technology
• Written and verbal communication skills in French
• English proficiency for Atlantic Canada and United States suppliers
• Customer service or sales environment experience is an asset
• Ability to cultivate lasting business relationships
