Thrift Store Shift Supervisor Dartmouth

Support daily thrift store operations with The Salvation Army in Dartmouth, using customer service, cash handling, and inventory skills.

As Shift Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager while performing Sales Associate duties. The full-time role includes transactions, donations, merchandise presentation, and store safety. You will help maintain uninterrupted service at 125 Main Street.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Process cash and debit transactions accurately
• Receive, sort, price, and store donated goods
• Maintain organized displays, shelves, and sales floor
• Lead Store Associates when the manager is absent

Requirements:

• Completion of some high school
• Two years of store or warehouse experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
• Successful applicable screening and background checks
