Pearson VUE is hiring for its Victoria team within Pearson’s global learning company. This part time position provides secure exam delivery and a comfortable testing experience. Duties include verifying identification, explaining processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining testing rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with testing procedures and company policies
• Check in candidates and verify identification
• Explain exam processes and proctor candidates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year customer service experience preferred
