Junior Area Manager (Human Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Working a weekly schedule from midday to evenings
• Oversee security operations across multiple client sites
• Manage day-to-day guard supervision including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure quality control and conduct periodic site inspections
• Handle client service, incident reports, and resolve issues promptly
• Perform general office support duties (e.g., uniform distribution, light cleaning tasks)
• Maintain strong communication with guards and clients
• Respond to after-hours incidents or emergencies on weekends (on-call basis)

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
• Security Licence for Alberta
• Standard First Aid
• Being Trauma Aware (by Respect Group)
• If possible CPI-NVCI certification
• Professional, punctual, and dependent
• Prior supervisory experience in the security industry is must.
