Highline Farm Truck Driver

Highline needs a safety-focused Farm Truck Driver to move raw materials between farms and support peat preparation operations in Ontario.

This permanent, full-time position serves work locations in Leamington and Kingsville. You will complete Ministry of Transportation safety checks, maintain vehicle records, and report problems promptly. The role also includes preparing conveyors and peat mixers, operating lift equipment, and following Highline’s safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure pickups and deliveries occur on a timely basis
• Perform and record Ministry of Transportation safety checks
• Assist with peat preparation tools and equipment
• Operate pallet jacks and lift trucks when needed
• Report incidents, injuries, and near misses immediately

Requirements:

• Class AZ license and above average driving record
• At least three years of transport driving experience
• Manual transmission driving experience required
• Grade 10 or equivalent education
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
