Warehouse Lead Shipping Receiving

Lead warehouse operations at JYSK Canada through inventory control, shipping, receiving, and safe merchandise handling. This role supports store management and warehouse teams.

As a Warehouse Lead, you assist with daily store operations while organizing and maintaining a clean warehouse. You unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom, keeping logistics current. You also supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members on processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Unload, stock, and retrieve backroom merchandise
• Manage inventory and control losses, damages, and thefts
• Communicate merchandise arrivals to the store team
• Print receiving reports for purchase orders and transfers

Requirements:

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Plan, organize, and prioritize warehouse work urgently
• Make shipping and receiving decisions supporting company guidelines
• Minimum six months relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
