As an Estimator, you will work with operations teams and the lead estimator on public and private sector projects. Your work includes tender packages, written proposals, production forecasting, schedules, and project handovers. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for new civil projects
• Complete tender package submissions and written RFP proposals
• Analyze management trends and forecast crew production rates
• Draft tender schedules supporting project planning
• Communicate bid plans during pre-construction and handover meetings

Requirements:

• Over three years of civil construction estimating experience
• Civil engineering or construction management education is an asset
• Estimating software experience is an asset
• Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and accuracy skills
• Valid BC driver’s license and Microsoft Office experience
