Therapeutic Specialist CRM Nanaimo

Drive pharmaceutical customer engagement across Nanaimo and surrounding areas using product knowledge, sales planning, and hybrid communication skills. This field-based position connects with healthcare professionals.

As a Therapeutic Specialist CRM, you will pursue District Pod sales, customer plan execution, and KPI results. The work serves physicians, nurses, pharmacists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. You will promote Boehringer Ingelheim products through customer journeys and coordinated engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve District Pod sales and KPI results
• Execute Multi-Channel Customer Plans and monitor budgets
• Engage healthcare professionals through face-to-face and digital channels
• Orchestrate customer interactions across assigned accounts
• Develop external experts, speakers, and healthcare advocates

Requirements:

• University degree in Health Sciences or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum two years pharmaceutical or similar sales experience
• Excellent medical knowledge, selling, and customer engagement skills
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and analytical skills
• Valid provincial driver's licence and ability to travel
