As an Asset Protection Representative, you will deter theft, fraud, and policy violations through a visible, professional presence. The work includes evidence analysis, law enforcement collaboration, and shrink reduction with store leadership. Flexible scheduling and quick decision-making support changing retail security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations in-store
• Safely and lawfully detain offenders
• Conduct investigations and analyze gathered evidence
• Partner with leadership to reduce shrink
• Support security standards and provincial regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License
• Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada
• Understanding of the Trespass to Property Act
• Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools
• Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills
