Job description
Support ERP and production applications on-site at Hilton Foods Canada, helping maintain reliable systems across food manufacturing operations. Apply troubleshooting and systems knowledge.
As an IT Applications Support Analyst, you will support and optimise applications for production scheduling, inventory, procurement, traceability, and quality assurance. You will work with production, engineering, and quality teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. The position is line-managed by the IT Applications Engineer and IT Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ERP applications used across production and supply chain
- Resolve application issues in production and test environments
- Manage configurations, access, and system integrations
- Test and deploy application updates and new modules
- Resolve service tickets with the IT support team
Requirements:
- Understanding of ERP systems in manufacturing or food production
- Strong troubleshooting skills under live production pressure
- Knowledge of data flows and system integration
- Effective communication with technical and shop-floor stakeholders
- Understanding of security standards and user access management
