• Structured communication for executive bodies, documenting and presenting architecture recommendations, working with executives (DP, VP, PVP)
• Political awareness and understanding of decision-making mechanisms
• Development standards (Flow, LWC, Apex)
• CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions)
• 2 to 5 year CRM roadmaps
• Business workshops in Discovery and Strategy & Assess phases
• Process automation with BPM / BPA solutions (e.g. Pega, workflows)
