Optical Clinic Patient Experience Specialist

Patient experience starts at the front desk, where optical service and precise clinic coordination support every FYidoctors Chilliwack visit. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday.

As a Patient Services Specialist, you will create positive patient experiences while supporting comprehensive eye care. Your work includes welcoming patients, managing appointments, completing pre-testing, processing payments, preparing prescription printouts, and assisting with eyewear. The position requires communication, interpersonal, and technology skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout patient visits
• Welcome patients and handle check-in and check-out
• Complete pre-testing for comprehensive eye care
• Prepare prescription printouts and process billing payments
• Provide eyewear pickups, minor repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:

• Passion for connecting with patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
