Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop, mentor, and retain design staff
- Identify and mitigate engineering design risks

- Provide field technical assistance and conduct research
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer or Technologist designation
- Five or more years of related experience
- Extensive design and design-tool utilization experience
- Project management and technical staff leadership record
- Willingness to travel for field research
