Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Customer Experience Specialist. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer support through multiple communication channels, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role involves analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes. You will represent the voice of the customer, contribute to the refinement of strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all interactions.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, business, or a related field.
