PLC and motion control expertise define this Senior Electrical Designer opportunity with Samco Machinery Ltd. Design precise systems for custom machinery.
This engineering candidate will develop and deploy PLC, motion control, and HMI solutions for custom machinery. Responsibilities include integrating Rockwell and Bosch platforms, configuring synchronized motion, and supporting sensors, actuators, and safety devices. Collaboration continues through testing and inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop code for Rockwell, Bosch, and other PLC platforms
- Integrate precise synchronized motion control solutions
- Configure servos, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and safety devices
- Develop and deploy HMI user interface platforms
- Collaborate with controls and testing teams throughout design
Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ experience with electrical engineering education
- Experience designing PLC and HMI control systems
- Experience with Ethernet/IP, SERCOS, Profinet, or similar protocols
- Servo control integration experience with Allen Bradley or Bosch
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
