Business Systems Analyst Requirements Testing

Translate business requirements into functional specifications as a Systems Analyst supporting application testing, documentation, and enhancements in Cambridge, Ontario.

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is hiring a corporate Systems Analyst for full-time, permanent employment. You will interview subject matter experts, document system requirements, and support software changes and new functionality. The position also contributes to implementation, user acceptance, quality assurance, and post-deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interviews with subject matter experts to resolve issues
• Translate requirements into specifications, use cases, or user stories
• Document and present system and configuration requirements
• Support implementation, testing, acceptance, and post-deployment activities
• Write unit tests and conduct integration testing

Requirements:

• Two to five years of System Analyst or similar experience
• Degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or business analysis
• Understanding of systems design and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of testing, debugging, optimization, and development practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
