Timber-Tech Building Solutions seeks a Warranty Technician for post-construction service and warranty work. The position requires framing or carpentry experience, precise repairs, building-process knowledge, and strong customer communication. You will assess deficiencies, coordinate appointments, document completed work, and resolve warranty issues according to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess reported deficiencies at residential and commercial job sites
• Complete framing corrections, hardware adjustments, and cosmetic repairs

Requirements:
