Support accurate prescription services as a Pharmacy Assistant with Loblaw Companies Limited, using data entry and strong customer communication skills.
This Pharmacy Assistant role supports patients and pharmacists through prescription processing and pharmacy operations. You will confirm prescription information, enter patient care data, and provide customer service. Organization, detail orientation, and computer skills are important for daily accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and confirm pertinent prescription information
- Enter patient care information accurately into pharmacy systems
- Complete third party adjudication when necessary
- Dispense prescription medications accurately
- Handle prescription pickups and general patient enquiries
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Assistant experience is an asset
- Excellent organizational and detail orientation skills

- Demonstrated customer service experience
