Tech Services Operations & Sales Coordinator

Gpconsultants is seeking an organized admin/operations assistant to handle payments, daily balance, and booking of service calls for Cable/Internet/Phone/DCTS/HD/Upgrades. This role supports technicians by preparing daily schedules and handling equipment flow, with attention to timely collections and customer communications.

You will also manage advertising collateral, track previews, and ensure smooth daily operations including collections and billing tasks.
