RBC Amplify Innovation Developer

Build a fully functional prototype with RBC Amplify through programming, research, and collaboration in a flexible startup environment. The summer program is based in Bedford, Canada.

As an RBC Amplify Developer, you will tackle real RBC business challenges with cross-functional specialists. You will apply programming, databases, web technologies, and Agile methodologies while developing a solution to pitch stakeholders. The program includes technical training, coaching, mentors, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research real RBC business challenges and identify solution opportunities
• Design and create a fully functional prototype
• Collaborate with business, data, and programming specialists
• Work with stakeholders, mentors, and subject matter experts
• Present project strategy and communications to executive audiences

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and graduating August 2027 to June 2028
• Understand programming languages, databases, platforms, frameworks, and web technologies
• Understand Agile methodologies and processes
• Demonstrate communication, teamwork, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with cloud, mobile, DevOps, full-stack, or API technologies

Use programming, Agile development, and creative problem-solving to build and pitch an innovative RBC solution.
