Entry-Level Cab Shop Labourer

Start in Brikers' Cab Department as an entry-level Labourer, learning shop work while preparing heavy equipment cab shells.

No experience is required for this Cab Shop Labourer position. Brikers rebuilds components for construction and mining industries, and this role keeps cab refurbishment moving. You will clean cores, remove adhesive, move materials, prepare shells for shipping, and maintain an organized work area. Direction from technicians and safe procedures are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technicians during cab shell refurbishment
• Clean cab cores and shells thoroughly
• Remove seals and adhesive from shells
• Move cabs and parts safely
• Maintain clean, organized department conditions

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn from experienced technicians
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Physical ability to work full shop shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
• CSA-approved safety footwear
