M365 Intermediate Systems Analyst

Support Interior Health’s M365 environment as an Intermediate Analyst in Kelowna, developing strong administration and technical support expertise. This is a full time permanent position. The M365 Intermediate Analyst develops, installs, configures, tests, maintains, and supports Microsoft 365 tools and integrations. The position also provides end-user training while following established policies, procedures, and standards. You will contribute to ongoing service development and sustainment. Key Responsibilities:

Administer M365 tools through incident and request ticket completion Maintain and monitor M365 services, settings, policies, and groups Support senior analysts with technical work packages and implementations Protect information through retention, backup, and recovery capabilities Implement Microsoft functionality and evaluate new tools Requirements:

Recognized Computer Science diploma graduation Two years of recent related experience, or equivalent preparation Effective verbal and written communication abilities Ability to organize work and operate related equipment Ability to write programs in varied programming languages Bring M365 administration, information protection, programming, and communication skills to Interior Health’s Kelowna technology environment.
