As a Paint Associate, you will clarify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and enhance the shopping experience. The role combines sales, communication, product learning, and order processing. You will support KENT customers while maintaining safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through engagement and suggestive selling
- Clarify project needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions
- Produce quotes and material lists, then follow up
- Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and team player abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 55 pounds
- Availability for rotating shifts and computer system training
