Job description

Serve LCBO customers in Carleton Place with point-of-sale expertise and friendly support during the 2026 holiday retail season. This on-site position includes paid online training.

As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will support customers from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will learn about wine, beer, cider, and spirits while building customer service skills. The work includes POS and cash-system service, inventory tasks, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers promptly and responsibly using the POS and cash system
  • Ask customers for donations through the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
  • Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
  • Receive inventory and replenish stock on store shelves
  • Keep the store clean, organized, safe, and product-facing

Requirements:

  • Be legally allowed to work in Canada with valid authorization
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Support customers and work effectively with teammates
  • Lift cases weighing up to 40 pounds or 18 kilograms
  • Be available Fridays evenings, weekends, and specified holidays
