Onboarding Coordinator CarePartners

Support new-hire onboarding for CarePartners as an Onboarding Coordinator, using customer service, coordination, and communication skills in a hybrid Ontario office model.

This temporary full-time position supports Shared Services and Operations in optimizing onboarding experiences. You will coordinate paperwork, orientations, credentialing, systems setup, schedules, surveys, and probationary touch points. The role requires administrative experience, problem solving, and careful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect new-hire paperwork through the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule orientations and confirm attendance and prerequisites
• Support credentialing for front-line health care hires
• Coordinate systems, equipment, accounts, and employee schedules
• Conduct surveys and coordinate probationary review touch points

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ administrative or coordinator experience
• Customer service and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication with adaptable communication style
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
