Outlier, operated by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers for AI training projects. As an AI Content Evaluator, you will assess model outputs, explain issues clearly, and make decisions when both options have flaws. The work supports evaluation and feedback for advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roleplay live conversations with English AI voice models
- Rank speech for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio problems
- Write specific explanations supporting evaluation decisions
Requirements:
- Fluent English and clear written communication
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural conversational situations
- Experience writing evidence-based explanations or reviews
- Valid identification, phone, resume, and LinkedIn profile
