Specialty Retail Operations Lead

Drive specialty retail operations at evo using inventory oversight, data analysis, and customer service. Lead store associates while supporting consistent service level agreements.

This Retail Lead manages the retail environment and helps execute store priorities with peer leads and the Store Manager. You will oversee inventory and warranty management, communicate product concerns, and maintain informed, aligned teams. The role calls for specialty retail management experience, office software proficiency, and detailed operational judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of service level agreements
• Provide product, warranty, and customer communication
• Assess store needs and manage business expenses
• Facilitate communication across the store team
• Implement customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

• Three years managing diverse teams
• One year successful specialty retail management experience
• Experience with cash handling and loss prevention
• Multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Point-of-sale familiarity preferred
