Agriculture Equipment Service Manager

Lead agriculture equipment service operations for Brandt in Olds, Alberta, applying diagnostics knowledge and strong department management skills. Coordinate aftermarket support services across customer equipment needs.

As Service Manager, you will manage workflow and daily activities across the service department. The role oversees foremen, leadmen, service writers, and shop, field, and resident mechanics. You will support component diagnostics, repair, replacement, customer work orders, budgets, revenue, expenses, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service workflow and department operations
• Prepare quotes and open or close work orders
• Inspect and operate customer equipment during diagnostics
• Monitor monthly service revenue and expenses
• Hire, train, coach, mentor, and manage performance

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of progressive service, management, and business experience
• Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment dealership operations
• Strong occupational health and safety commitment
• Effective customer and employee communication skills
• Ability to travel and work around heavy equipment
