Support pet families in Richmond, British Columbia, as a Keyholder using customer service and point-of-sale skills. Help deliver consistent store execution.

Pet Valu’s Keyholder supports store operations across pet food and supplies for companion animals. You will recommend products and services while prioritizing Safety, Compassion, Expertise and Efficiency. The position includes cashiering, merchandise handling, paperwork, store maintenance, and opening or closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cashier transactions and customer sales
• Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork
• Stock pet supplies and household items in sales areas
• Unload deliveries and stock pet food and supplies
• Open and close stores following company procedures

Requirements:

• At least two years of retail or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and possible driver’s license
