Life Sciences Program Manager Montreal

Manage client programs at CellCarta in Montreal using life sciences expertise, project planning, and bilingual stakeholder communication in a hybrid arrangement.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee ongoing client programs for a global Contract Research Organization. Your work covers multiple projects, contractual delivery, client relationships, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will help ensure programs meet expectations while supporting precision medicine initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client projects and programs from initiation through closure
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope
• Coordinate internal resources for flawless project execution
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• Report issues and escalate matters to senior leadership

Requirements:

• MSc in life sciences
• Three to five years in client-facing project management
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent client management and problem-solving abilities
• French and English proficiency, spoken and written
