Grants and Relations Coordinator

Empower Our Place Society's mission as a Grants and Relations Coordinator. This position focuses on researching funding sources and writing applications to secure vital resources for community programs.
The Grants and Foundation Relations Coordinator collaborates closely with diverse teams to gather essential data for grant applications. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will research funding opportunities and prepare impactful reports that showcase program outcomes. Strong writing and relationship-building skills are vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling grant applications and reports
• Research potential funding sources and opportunities
• Compile quarterly reports reflecting community impact
• Liaise with program staff to gather necessary materials
• Maintain clear communications with funding partners
Requirements:
• Certificate in communications or a related field
• At least two years’ experience in fundraising or grant writing
• Proficient in editing and proofreading materials
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
