This Executive Director position oversees all department operations and general management within a retirement residence. You will maintain policies, follow industry regulations and collective agreements, and optimize fiscal resources. The position also connects operational efficiency with resident satisfaction, occupancy, audits, and net operating profit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth functioning across all department operations
• Maintain policies supporting standards, regulations, and compliance
