Construction Project Coordinator Hamilton

Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural construction projects from ESFL’s Hamilton office, using scheduling, costing, and contract administration skills. Work directly with owners, contractors, and trades.

As Project Coordinator, you will report to the Area Manager and administer project contracts, budgets, changes, drawings, requisitions, and materials. You will coordinate multi-trade construction while supporting complete, commissioned system installation packages. The work includes project schedules, cost issues, correspondence, safety, environmental requirements, quality assurance, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural multi-trade construction projects
• Maintain contact with owners, customers, contractors, and trades
• Develop schedules and oversee progress and issuance
• Administer contracts, changes, budgets, and project correspondence
• Coordinate requisitions, materials, resources, tools, and equipment

Requirements:

• Three years of relevant construction industry experience
• Construction job-site experience preferred
• Understanding of MS Project, Primavera, or similar software
• Understanding of scheduling, job costing, and tracking systems
• Strong technical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
