Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to our recipe and presentation standards
• Operate tandoor, curry, and grill stations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
• Collaborate with the head chef on daily prep and specials

Requirements

• Experience with South Asian cuisine preferred
• Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
