Field Heavy Equipment Technician

Diagnose and repair construction and forestry equipment as a Field Heavy Equipment Technician with Brandt in Dryden, Ontario.

Brandt seeks a Field Heavy Equipment Technician for its Dryden Construction & Forestry location. This full-time position focuses on heavy equipment repair, maintenance, diagnosis, and attachment service. You will use tools, computer systems, and John Deere Service Advisor while documenting completed work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, assemble, and disassemble heavy duty equipment
• Repair construction and forestry equipment and attachments
• Use instruments, hand tools, power tools, and computer systems
• Document machine information, actions, and time on work orders
• Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required

Requirements:

• Heavy equipment mechanical experience preferred
• Certified Journeyperson designation preferred
• Communicate effectively with customers and service personnel
• Lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands
• Commitment to customer service and service excellence
