Key Responsibilities:

• Provide convenient, enjoyable shopping experiences for Customers
• Coach Associates and Department Supervisors on customer service
• Schedule staffing to meet customer demand
• Set departmental sales goals and monitor performance
• Develop store strategies with the Store Manager and ASMs

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of management experience
• Minimum one year in position with required performance standing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer experience, responsibility, and attention to detail
