Technical Project Coordinator Systems

Coordinate technical inputs, milestones, and deliverables onsite while administering project systems and documentation for Volatus Aerospace.

This Project Systems Administrator supports project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders across planning and delivery activities. You will translate approved scope into documented tasks, milestones, and deliverables, while gathering inputs and clarifying information gaps. The work also includes tracking reviews, testing, acceptance, approvals, and scope changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate approved scope into tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• Gather technical inputs and coordinate team dependencies
• Track reviews, testing, acceptance, and approval progress
• Record scope changes and potential delivery effects
• Coordinate equipment, suppliers, and testing schedules

Requirements:

• Approximately four to five years in technical project coordination
• Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, documentation, and status reports
• Ability to organize priorities and communicate across technical teams
• Attention to detail when identifying gaps or escalating issues
• Aviation, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or regulated experience is an asset
