Automotive progressive die expertise defines this full-time Tool Maker position in Markham, Ontario, with day or afternoon shifts available. Repair, maintain, and modify production tooling.

This permanent Tool Maker role requires four to five years of automotive manufacturing experience. You will work with progressive dies, production die repair, and tooling maintenance. Automotive industry experience is mandatory, while metal stamping experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automotive production and progressive dies
• Fit, assemble, adjust, and test tooling
• Read drawings and inspect dimensions, clearances, and alignment
• Support die setups, production tryouts, and tooling modifications
• Operate toolroom machinery and hand tools safely

Requirements:

• Four to five years of automotive Tool Maker experience
• Progressive die, die repair, and maintenance experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive metal stamping experience preferred
