Part-Time Local Sorter Delta

Scan and sort packages as a part-time Local Sorter with UPS at the Fraser Valley Package Facility in Delta, British Columbia.

This permanent part-time position runs Monday to Friday, typically from 5:30PM to 9:30PM, with schedules varying operationally. You will handle package movement, postal codes, routing charts, maps, and warehouse equipment. Training is provided for all positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift, lower, and move packages weighing 10 to 70 pounds
• Handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds
• Scan and sort packages using routing information
• Recognize postal codes, routing charts, and maps
• Wash package cars to maintain cleanliness

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday
• Follow established safety and standard procedures
• Demonstrate organizational and multitasking skills
• Work comfortably in a physically demanding warehouse
• Safely lift packages up to 70 pounds unassisted
