Learning Team Coordinator Sea Cadets

Support Sea Cadets training activities as a people-focused Learning Team Coordinator in London, using customer service and organisational skills.

MSSC seeks a full-time, fixed-term Learning Team Coordinator until 30 September 2027. You will promote training activities, support senior volunteers, and help advance opportunities for cadets. The position suits someone building work experience, learning skills, and exploring marketing or training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote selected training activities for Sea Cadets
• Support senior volunteers and manage team inboxes
• Help manage national volunteers
• Create activities and learning resources
• Write social posts, send certificates, update websites

Requirements:

• Good customer service skills and enjoyment helping people
• Prior Sea Cadets or similar organisation knowledge
• Organisation and planning ability
• Commitment to MSSC values
• Social media experience or creative marketing skills desirable
