Human Resources Intern Recruitment Onboarding

Support recruitment and onboarding as a Human Resources Intern in Richmond Hill, Canada, with a 12-month term and flexible working models.

This Human Resources Intern supports day-to-day HR operations while enrolled in or recently completing a Human Resources degree or diploma. The work includes recruitment, internal communications, HR administration, and program coordination. You will support associates and collaborate with departments on HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates and schedule recruitment interviews
• Coordinate onboarding activities and HR-related training logistics
• Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications
• Support employee engagement and recognition activities
• Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for HR

Requirements:

• Human Resources degree or diploma enrollment or completion
• Minimum one year of professional work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organization, multitasking, and deadline management skills
