Building Operator Facility Maintenance

This full-time Building Operator provides operational and technical support for facility equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The work requires multi-skilled general maintenance across commercial building systems. You will respond to service calls, maintain equipment, support contractors, and complete assigned work while meeting applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems
• Respond efficiently to tenant service calls and complaints
• Perform repairs involving flooring, painting, locks, and ceiling tiles
• Record equipment readings and maintain operating supplies inventory
• Attend after-hours emergencies and support event setup activities

Requirements:

• 5th Class Power Engineer certification or designation in progress
• Minimum two years of operator experience
• Ability to diagnose system malfunctions and take corrective action
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and BMS systems
• Valid driver's license and availability for call-in work
