Fence Panel Assembly Technician

Assemble fence panels, gates, and kits in Kelowna West using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production specifications. Work indoors on a weekday day shift.

This Fence Panel Assembly Technician role supports finished-product preparation through fastening, light welding, packaging, and quality checks. You will use jigs, record inspection photos in the production system, and maintain an organized workspace. The position requires repetitive assembly, safe lifting, and sufficient English for instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble fence panels, gates, and kits to specifications
• Use jigs, hand tools, and pneumatic tools
• Perform basic fastening and light welding as needed
• Package finished products for shipping
• Complete photo quality checks and maintain cleanliness

Requirements:

• Comfort using hand tools during repetitive assembly work
• Lift 40 pounds repeatedly throughout each shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligibility for the Francophone Mobility Program
